Those who like experimenting with coffee already know– the Espresso Tonic has earned its place on the menu. With roots in European coffee shops, this beverage has created legions of fans who love when “bitter” espresso meets “sweet” tonic water. Right now we have two that you might want to check out: Blueberry Basil Espresso Tonic and also Mango Limeade Espresso Tonic. Both are created using syrups and concentrates we make in-house, and we think you can taste the effort.

The “OG” is on our menu year-round, the Blueberry Basil and Mango Limeade are available this summer season.

Is it too strong to say summer isn’t summer without lemonade? We make our own version here in our bakery and it’s the perfect combination of sweet and tart. You can drink our lemonade as is, but for our Summer Seasonal menu, we’ve jazzed it up a bit– adding our house-made Blueberry Syrup and a touch of effervescence to create the Blueberry Sparkling Lemonade. Blueberries, lemons– are you actually getting healthier when drinking it?

Pro tip: the real ones are going to top with our Lemon Cold Foam for an unexpected delicious treat.

In addition to being our only drive thru location, Chalco is also home to our blended beverages– that’s right– we’re offering some big tastes from this small space. Frozen lemonade? Yes. Blended coffee drinks? Yep. Can we make a blended matcha? You know it. If we offer it, we can make it blended, using ingredients we stand behind (because we made them from our own recipes).
If you haven’t tried a blended drink, it’s worth the trip!

This family-owned company focuses on using fresh ingredients and homemade recipes in order to provide their clients with the best food possible.
