We're building our next generation of restaurant leaders, and we're hiring Shift Leads ready to grow with us.
This isn't a stepping-stone job — it's the first step into restaurant management. Our best Shift Leads move into Assistant GM and GM roles. We promote from within whenever we can, and we'd rather invest in someone hungry than hire from outside.
What the role looks like:
• Running shifts on nights and weekends — that's when restaurants live
• Leading the team on the floor and supporting the kitchen
• Making real decisions, solving real problems, owning real outcomes
• Learning the business from the ground up
What we need from you:
• A genuine understanding that hospitality runs on evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication with both staff and guests
• The drive to step up, not coast
• Reliability you can stake your reputation on
