Shoutout to SoFlo Fabrication for the clutch trailer jack swap out!!!

We have a big food trailer booking for Coca-Cola on Tuesday and our trailer jack was busted due to a bad bushing where the handle inserts. The gears couldn't stay engaged and we weren't able to raise or lower the trailer. The replacement bushing wouldn't arrive in time to make the repair.

So, we bought a new jack online on Saturday evening and immediately reached out to Vincent - the owner of SoFlo Fabrication.

We described the issue to him and sent over a few pics. He reviewed everything and said he could fit us in on Monday afternoon.

Boom! He arrived Monday afternoon [despite the impending rain]. The rain chilled out in just 15 minutes, and he and Pedro knocked out the swap in less than 40 minutes.

Top notch service, reliability, and welding!!!

UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE TO CLOSE EARLY TODAY.

Our warming cabinet has malfunctioned and we have no other way to keep the meats at proper holding temps.
