We champion women and social justice. Our all minority team is activist and pays homage to the issues of the day with our new fire-table, new Black Fist cocktail, and new Black Brown & White Dissolution dessert. Vermilion owner leads over 250 women restaurateurs across the industry with her JBF Let's Talk forum across 10 cities. She also founded the JBF women's program ten years ago.

We suggest our El Diablito collab with , effervescent vibrant rosé or pinot grigio, lethal demon seed whiskey shots, neat or in our pisco sour & old fashioned, or craft botanic which flies off our shelves. Can’t go wrong with any. The bonus: all from our entrepreneurs and women owners. We’re proud to work with and feature them!
