Our Sweet Espresso is a blonde roast (also known as a light roast), which means the beans are roasted briefly at lower temperatures, stopping right after the "first crack." This preserves the beans' natural sugars, fruity acids, and delicate notes like citrus or florals that our taste buds perceive as sweetness.
