Hi from the Emmett Cooks Team!
Thank you for your continued support throughout the Summer and Fall of this past year. It's been a while, but we have been busy working on something very special that we are so thrilled to share with you! We are so grateful to have been able to serve you and your families and are equally as excited to launch Luna Culinary Collective!

As Luna Culinary Collective, we are launching with our first product: Meals @ Home, which operates very similarly to the 90% meals you know and love from Emmett Cooks. Weekly meals on Wednesdays, available through pickup and delivery, and always made with the freshest ingredients.

Although, there is one big difference: we are in Colorado! As some of you may know, Emmett and much of our team have lived in Boulder and worked in the hospitality industry there for a few years, hence the move. Thus, Luna Culinary Collective is available for folks living in Boulder and Longmont!

Today is our online launch and Wednesday, January 27th we start accepting orders for our first meal, available next Wednesday, February 3rd. If you have any family, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, etc. in the Boulder-Longmont area, we would love for you to send them a note about us! BAY AREA: We are back from our hiatus! Our entire team hopes everyone is still staying safe amidst the pandemic and wildfires. Both referral programs will continue this week, so if you refer someone and they write your name at the bottom of the order form, you will both receive $5 off your meal. Additionally, if you refer 3 people, you will receive a free meal for 4. Happy referring!

Due to the beyond disappointing and upsetting verdict about the case in Breonna Taylor's murder by Louisville Metro Police, we have decided to donate 25% of profits from this weeks meal to The Bail Project, whose bail disruptors are helping protestors facing cash bail in Louisville, Kentucky. For pickup or delivery, the meal for Wednesday, September 30 will be Braised Italian Brisket or Red Wine Braised Cremini Mushrooms with Creamy Parmesan Polenta, Radicchio and Fennel Salad, and Caper Bagna Cauda. There will be side options of Garlic Sourdough Bread Crumb, Charred Brussels Sprouts, Pickled Shallots, and Extra Caper Bagna Cauda. There will also be three bits and pieces options of Lemon Basil Pesto, Onion Garlic Chili Oil, and Kimchi!

BAY AREA: For pickup or delivery, the meal for Wednesday, September 9 will be Yakitori Chicken or Umami Bomb Mushrooms with Furikake Potatoes, Yuzu Cucumber Slaw, and Ponzu Aïoli. There will be side options of Ginger Garlic Chili Oil, Kimchi, Miso Soup, Okonomiyaki Bites, and Char Grilled Scallions. There will also be a bits and pieces option of Short Rib Ragù, which can serve 2-3 people. We will again be donating 25% of profits to the Milwaukee Freedom Fund which is a bail fund based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that has been doing lots of work to help protestors in Kenosha, WI following the shooting of Jacob Blake by police. Earlier this spring and summer we donated to various organizations and funds that help the broader BIPOC communities across the country, and now we are focusing donations on Kenosha, WI.

We are continuing both referral programs this week! If you encourage someone to order from us and they order, you will both receive $5 off your recommended price. BAY AREA we are back! Last weeks meal was a big hit and we are excited to continue that to next week. For pickup or delivery, the meal for Wednesday, September 2nd will be Tacos with Achiote Pork or Achiote Celeriac with homemade corn tortillas, green cabbage radish slaw, roasted poblanos (mild), and salsa verde (mild). There will be side options of esquites (street corn salad), pinto beans, creamy habanero hot sauce, pickled shallots, and extra tortillas. There will also be a bits and pieces option of short rib ragù, which can serve 2-3 people. (MARIN: unfortunately until further notice we will not be able to continue deliveries to marin. We are working hard to resume them and we will update you when we have a solution.)
