May 18th we had the honor and pleasure to hand out 2 cash scholarships valued at $1080 each. Congratulations to this year's recipients Emily Bushyhead and Sophia Galligher.

We could not have done this without the communities support. Each purchase goes back into our community! Thank you.

What a week… and what a month. We were not even able to picture everything that went out. Hundreds of cake pops and cupcakes included. The month isn't over either 🥹☺️🩵🤍❤️

We are beyond grateful to share that this has officially been the BEST month Alber’s Baking Co. has had in the 16 years since we opened our doors. From graduation cakes and custom treats to late nights, early mornings, and everything in between — your support has meant more than words can say.

Every order placed, post shared, recommendation made, and kind comment left for us has helped our small family business continue to grow and do what we love most. Seeing our creations become part of your celebrations is something we never take for granted.

This last week especially has been nonstop, and we are so thankful for every single customer who trusted us to be part of birthdays, graduations, parties, and special moments.

From the bottom of our hearts — THANK YOU for supporting handmade, local, family-owned baking for the last 16 years. We truly couldn’t do this without our amazing community.

At Alber’s Baking Co. LLC, every order is still decorated by hand — no edible printers and no airbrush machines. 🩵

While those tools can create beautiful work and are a wonderful asset for many bakeries, we’ve chosen to keep the handmade and personal touch alive in every order we create. From piping to painting details by hand, we love the artistry and uniqueness that comes with traditional decorating.

Because of this, there are some design styles we may not be able to fully replicate, but we can still create beautiful custom desserts without those tools. Thank you for continuing to support the time, care, and heart we pour into every cake, cookie, and treat. ✨

The last few weeks in the bakery have been nonstop in the best way possible! 🎓🍰

Graduation season has showed UP this year and we’ve loved being part of so many celebrations — from kindergarten graduations to high school and college parties. Seeing your custom themes, school colors, sports, hobbies, and future career dreams come to life in cake form has been such an honor for our small business.
Between cakes, cookies, cupcakes, treats, and dessert tables, our kitchen has been running on creativity, caffeine, and a whole lot of buttercream. 💙🖤

To every family that trusted us to be part of such a huge milestone — thank you. Your support keeps our ovens full and our dreams growing bigger every season.

We’re so proud of every graduate out there and grateful we get to help make the memories a little sweeter. Congratulations Class of 2026! 🎉🎓✨

Today we’re feeling incredibly humbled and honored that Alber's Baking Co. LLC⁠. is able to offer cash scholarships to deserving students in our community. ❤️

What started as a small business dream has grown into something so much bigger because of all of YOU. Every order placed, every post shared, every recommendation made, and every ounce of support has helped make moments like this possible.

Being able to give back to students as they chase their goals and futures is truly an honor for our family and our business. We are beyond grateful to be part of a community that believes in supporting local, supporting small businesses, and supporting our youth.
