Good food, mocktails, cake decorating, games, and a room full of people making memories together. This is what happens when someone finally stops saying “we should do something” and actually books it.

Birthdays, girls’ nights, date nights, team outings, and just-because celebrations are all welcome.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard someone say, “Nobody makes pound cake like Grandma used to.”

And honestly, I understand.

There is something special about a homemade pound cake—the smell, the texture, the memories that come with it.

That’s part of the reason I created Mama’s Touch Pound Cake Mix. I wanted to make it easier for people to create those moments at home without having to measure out a long list of dry ingredients.

This is the same recipe that helped build Dessert Essentials, and it still makes me smile every time I pull one out of the oven.

Yeah… we came prepared this week.

From vanilla pound cake and banana pudding to lavender lattes, sparkling teas, muffins, cookies, and refreshers… there’s a little something for everybody this weekend.

And judging by the last clip, the banana pudding might be the winner.

At some point, we all realized the real horror story was an adult social life.
