🍕🥰 We still get so excited every time we 🔥 fire up the oven!

It’s not every day, but almost every weekend, and it brings so much stoke to our team—and to our guests. ❤️

We use Italian Caputo flour and even traveled to Napoli to train at a pizzeria 🇮🇹

Our dough is soft, airy, and cloud-like ☁️

🤤 It took us years to perfect our dough recipe, and even now, we adjust the water depending on the humidity.

Our dough is our bebe. 🥹🍕
We give it a full 2-day fermentation to develop that flavor, texture, and beautiful Neapolitan-style crust we love. ❤️‍🔥

Waikomo Shave Ice, Maui closed their doors at their Paia shop but they're still available for private catering! Did you know Tomas uses organic homemade syrup? So good 🤤
