we miss & love this community about as much as we know y’all miss & love Sean’s short ribs 🤣

we will have a FEW orders available for pick-up

Short Ribs with Au Jus + Au Gratin Potatoes (basically the Slow & Low)

$25 per serving

VERY LIMITED AMOUNT

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

pick-up near Costco in Greensboro (COMMENT TO CLAIM!!!)

your comment does not guarantee short ribs!

We will let everyone know exactly how many we have once they are done cooking (tonight bc they take foreverrrrrrerer in the best way 🤣😍) the claims will be attended to in chronological order.

your ONE SHOT (or idk maybe there will be more we shall see 🤣) at getting your hands on ‘cille sauce before we head outta townnnn

in the meantime, we are still trying to figure out the best way to share the recipe with the world… so for now, come pick you up a pint!

Tag, send to your besties, let everyone know!!

If y’all are loud enough I may be able to convince Sean to do anchovy vin. as well 🤣

dm to reserve your pint(s) and for pick-up information on August 15th (in Greensboro!!)

this was our wing sauce, our “house hot sauce,” our “dip everything under the sun in this and it makes it taste good” sauce.

If you ever went to ‘cille & ‘scoe, you probably had this in some format

It can last in the fridge for up to a month or in the freezer for up to a year! Wink wink.

“we need help” 🤣😜

okay but seriously, I am v overwhelmed with what tomorrow has in store and someone encouraged me to ask for help so here I am lol

We will be doing it all day long (or until it’s empty) and transporting most of it to my parents farm in browns summit.

We know this is a lot to ask but even if you had an hour or two of your time to spare, we would be so grateful!!

PS if you still want to shop tomorrow while this is happening, come by!!! I’m feeling very generous because I don’t want to have to store any of this stuff!!!

We will be at it from 10AM-until…
