Tihani takes us behind the bar at The Birdcage Japanese Grill to create one of our Exotic Birds: a collection of cocktails designed for the discerning cocktail enthusiast.

Yamazaki 12 Year Japanese Wh**ky, Demerara, Yuzu Bitters and Lemon Peel come together before the final touch: a glass cage filled with smoke. Open the door and the cocktail makes its entrance.
