This is one of our favorite baking hacks, and we learned it from Andi Kirkegaard | Sugar Cookie Artist and Teacher 🤍! 👏

Skip the extra flour when you’re rolling out sugar cookie dough. Instead, place a large sheet of plastic wrap underneath your dough and another sheet on top.

Then simply:
✨ Roll out your dough as usual.
✨ Peel back the top layer.
✨ Cut out your cookie shapes!

No extra flour means you won’t accidentally dry out your dough, helping your cookies stay soft, tender, and delicious. 🍪💛
