The Loaded Kitchen is a pre-arrival grocery shopping and delivery service for vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island. 🛒 🛍️
We shop at Publix, hand select your groceries, and deliver them directly to your rental all before you arrive. We even put everything away in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry, so you can walk in and start enjoying your vacation instead of heading to the grocery store.
Here’s how it works:
• Place your grocery order on our website. www.theloadedkitchen.com

• Add at least $150 in groceries to your cart and check out immediately to save your spot. You’ll only be charged the $25 registration fee at that time, which reserves your delivery date.
• You can continue adding or editing your order up to 3 days before your arrival.
• A few days before your trip, we’ll start a group text with you and your assigned shopper. We’ll stay in touch about any substitutions and keep you updated throughout the shopping process.
• On your arrival day, we coordinate with your property management company or homeowner to access the property between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, so your groceries are already there waiting for you.
Our website prices are estimates because Publix prices and weekly sales can change. Your final bill is based on your actual Publix receipt, so you only pay for what we purchase. No third-party up charge. 
Our delivery dates fill up quickly, especially during busy travel weeks, so we always recommend reserving your spot as soon as possible.
