🧠✨ MENTAL HEALTH: THE INVISIBLE SYSTEM RESET
Nobody wants to talk about it until their mind cracks.
Until the body shuts down.
Until the “I’m fine” turns into I can’t anymore.
But let’s talk about it.
Let’s talk about the mind as the motherboard — not a broken mess that needs fixing, but an electrical system that’s been overstimulated, underloved, and misunderstood.
