We missed you all at the shop, however, we did have a really fun catering today and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my team.

I'm so proud of this team!!
So many want to give me all the credit but I could never do this all by myself.

Some are not pictured here today but they did a great deal of work prior, to help prepare for today, and im so grateful for them all.

Kel, Bell, & Janny- they worked all week making all the toppings and icings for the pastries & more. Here just for the summer, I'm so grateful to have the pleasure of working with these wonderful ladies.

Miriam - who prepped all the scones, made the jam and so much more, a wonderful addition to our kitchen.

Francine- Helping us with all the things. It's never the same and she's in for whatever!

Lauren- who just joined our team, holding down the Cafe and helping us keep our plants alive. 🙏

Maria- juicing and juicing and juicing some more!
She makes a pretty mean espresso too!

Brendon- a new addition to our team. Inspired and eager to learn whatever he can. No i do not make the Donuts from scratch...lol

Denise- who helped us for the day. Serving up a mean Mimosa.

Rachel-who's been a part of our crew since day one. She comes in just at the right times! She flipped those omelets like a champ!

Nikki- we work side by side daily and it's been a joy to get to know her. I don't think I've met anyone more passionate about food.

Dan- who gets ups early and helps me with the baking and set up EVERY SINGLE DAY before he hits his day job. SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU.

Thank you all for supporting our small business so that we can do what we truly love and to work alongside amazing people.

We will see you all Thursday when we come back from break.
