Chef Michael Sibert is the award-winning chef and owner of White Wine & Butter, the nationally recognized restaurant named to USA TODAY’s Restaurants of the Year 2026, placing it among the country’s top dining destinations. A Greenwood, South Carolina native, Sibert studied at Cornell University and the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas, becoming an executive chef at just twenty-two years old.
His culinary talent has earned national recognition through appearances on Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games and as the 2025 Chopped Champion. In 2024, he was selected as a South Carolina Chef Ambassador, representing the state’s vibrant culinary culture and hospitality industry.
