Today’s bake-a-thon was not about making beautifully decorated cakes. Today we are taste testing a few favorites and some new recipes. I will give you the results tomorrow.

Hey there! I'm Janet Jay, but around here I'm better known as Mama, Nana, and Ms. Sippi!

I've been blessed to be married to the love of my life for 47 wonderful years, and together we've built a beautiful family with 3 amazing children, 5 grandchildren, and 1 precious great-grandchild. My faith and family are the greatest blessings God has given me.

Baking has always been my happy place. There's just something special about being in the kitchen, mixing a little flour, a little sugar, and a whole lot of love into every recipe. Whether it's a birthday cake, cupcakes, cookies, or a dessert for a special celebration, my greatest joy is creating treats that bring people together and make memories a little sweeter.
