Our goal is to roast uniquely flavorful coffees that have a saga of their own to tell. Our roasts honor the unique origins, cultivars, and processing methods of our beans to bring you the best tasting coffee possible.

Sundried sweetness is accented by aromas of malt and a zing of citrus acidity. In the approximate words of Gino D’Acampo, if my Earl Grey tea had beans, it would be this coffee or something like that.

We’re back with a new crew member and coffee!

We’ve spent the last couple weeks welcoming the newest Vikingr to the crew and testing out this Nicaraguan honey-processed in the slim bit of down time.

In honor of our little bear cub, we’re calling this new coffee Bjorn, and it comes to you packed with great acidity and notes of nuts and berries.

We're excited to announce the newest addition to our lineup: Vinland Classic.

This full-bodied Brazilian peaberry comes packed with all the classic coffee flavors America has come to love, with chocolate undertones, brown sugar and caramel sweetness, and red apple notes.

You can preorder Vinland Classic now with first pickup available on Sept. 30th at the Burlington Baptist Church Craft Show . It will be available for regular pickup and local delivery from then on!

We’re back from a great weekend at the Ohio Renaissance Festival and feeling inspired by all the folks out there that pour their hearts into their crafts and passions.
