❤️ One Year Later…
Exactly one year ago today, I officially took over Saffron Indian Cuisine.
What a year it’s been.
I honestly didn’t know exactly what the next year would look like. I just knew I wanted to work hard, learn every day, and build something our community could be proud of.
It hasn’t always been easy. There have been long days, stressful moments, and plenty of lessons along the way. But looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing.
Because of your support, we’ve welcomed so many amazing people through our doors, introduced new menu items, expanded our offerings, and earned Idaho’s Best Bronze for Indian Cuisine. Most importantly, we’ve built relationships with so many incredible people who have become part of the Saffron family while sharing the flavors of Indian and Nepali cuisine with our community.
To everyone who has dined with us, left a review, recommended us to friends and family, celebrated birthdays and special occasions with us, or simply stopped by for a meal…
Thank you. You made this first year possible, and I truly appreciate every single one of you.
