My Story
Hello and welcome to my page! I am the gluten-free, allergy-friendly founder and baker of Shellray's Gluten Free Bakery. I love having the great opportunity to bake for the best customers in the Magic Valley!
“Who am I?” you ask. My name is Michelle Marlow. I have been married to my husband for 7 years, and am blessed to have 2 daughters (ages 5 & 3) and 1 son (moving way too quickly towards 1!). I have lived in the Magic Valley for the last 3 years and recently relocated to Filer.
I grew up with 5 siblings, many having food allergies, including some with anaphylaxis shock. I started learning to cook when I was 12, and took over almost all the cooking and baking for my family when I was 16. I loved cooking, loved learning about health and how the foods we eat directly affect how our body functions. But my personal favorite has always been figuring out amazing tasting food that even people with allergies could eat!
