📣🎉 Catch us this Saturday at Those Two Chicks’ Events, LLC Fall Market Craft Show. Lots of great food and crafts from local vendors, and we're doing a very unique special just for this:
🐃🦴 We're picking up a WHOLE COW LEG from 7k Tarentaise Ranch in Shoshone, ID. This massive chunk of meat is spending the next few days smoking, and we'll bring it to the craftshow on Saturday. It'll be mounted over live-fire on our Santa Maria grill, and we'll pull and chop big chunks for some legit street-side, Food Dude-style bbq tacos and burritos. 🌮🌯

Back by popular demand, we're excited & grateful to cook for your family again this Thanksgiving!

Smoked Turkeys are the same price we've charged the last two years: just $50! We will carve them for you for FREE, & there will again be an option to have yours given a fast-fry in beef tallow to crisp the skin.

🥩 We have smoked Brisket, Prime Rib, & Tri Tip available by the pound for those of you wanting beef options this year, along with some of the classic Thanksgiving sides.

Orders are available for pickup on Wednesday, Nov 25 (for a 10% discount) or Thanksgiving Day by 2:00 pm. Delivery available in-town for $5.

🚐 Our neighbors at Full Life Family Church have generously allowed us to use their parking lot for permanent food truck parking. We'll open the food truck a few days this week with HANDMADE PASTA SPECIALS!! It's right next door, so you can order at the truck or thru the restaurant, and get your meal to-go or sit down inside to eat. The truck opens Wed - Fri, 11 a - 7 p. The menu will include Brisket Lasagna, Tri Tip Alfredo, and MORE!!

This Saturday you'll find us at Those Two Chicks’ Events, LLC Fall Market Craft Show, and we're going all-in on a VERY UNIQUE SPECIAL to serve alongside our BBQ. More info to come!

🦃 We've done Thanksgiving orders the last two years, and are excited to announce that we will be offering it again this year. We've already heard from a lot of you about placing orders, and we are working to finalize our menu and options this week. Watch for a separate post dedicated completely to Thanksgiving, coming in the next few days.
