pork picnic shoulder (Sunburn sauce + Al Pastor rub+ new tequila,serrano,lime salt), one slice of both prime ribs (Mr. Pepper sauce + ZipTrip rub & black cherry+ bourbon+ orange), and some sliced Bratwurst. One piece each of all six cobblers(peach/cherry/strawberry/peach+cherry/peach+strawberry/strawberry+cherry), collard greens and a hunk of watermelon with some strawberries.

And a sample of my new salt and sugar: tequila Serrano lime salt & blackcherry bourbon orange browsugar.
