Lately, I can’t stop using ganache with my cakes rather than plain old buttercream frosting. It’s delicious – not to mention sexy. It has some kind of chocolatey seduction that pulls you back for more. I had to add water to the pan after I put it on my cake so I would stop sticking my finger in it.
