It's Rozay's Baby!!!!

Tulsa is remembering the man behind Rozay's Wings.

Known as "Mr. Rozay," Roosevelt Walker built a loyal following for his Memphis-style wings, but family and friends say his greatest legacy was the joy he shared with everyone he met.

His wife says she plans to continue the vision he started, and a new Rozay's Wings location is still expected to open in north Tulsa in the coming weeks.
