Something special is simmering at Char today… our homemade Blueberry Bourbon Habanero BBQ Sauce is on the stove and filling the kitchen with incredible flavor.

Sweet blueberries, smooth bourbon, and just the right kick of habanero come together to create a bold sauce that’s perfect on ribs, chicken, pork, burgers, and more.

We don’t cut corners—we make it from scratch, one batch at a time.

🌶️ First haul of the season and things are about to get spicy! 🌶️

The garden is officially producing, and the peppers are rolling in. From jalapeños to banana peppers (and a few surprise overachievers), this is just the beginning of what’s coming out of the garden.

Fresh ingredients, fire-kissed flavor, and plenty of heat — exactly how we like it at Char.

Rain had other plans for the CCIM Clay Shoot this year—but we still had a great time catering it again! 🌧️🔥

No shooting, but it didn’t stop a great group of people from coming together, sharing some laughs, and enjoying some good food. Sometimes you just make the best of it—and this crew did exactly that.

We always appreciate the opportunity to be part of this event. Looking forward to the next one!
