Taco Tuesday is officially discontinued.

We wanted to take a moment to update you on some changes here at Carabelle's Micro Cafe. Unfortunately, due to low turnout, we've made the tough decision to discontinue Taco Tuesday for now. However, our Taco Bar will still be available for catering, so you can still enjoy those delicious flavors by checking out our menus and placing your orders through the link provided. We're also excited to let you know that we'll be offering more variety with our Micro Meals, so there’s plenty to look forward to! Thank you for your continued support, and we can't wait to serve you soon!

Join us for this free, come-and-go lunch & learn as we celebrate Carabelle’s birthday and share more about Carabelle’s Legacy.

Stop by anytime between 12 to 2 p.m. at Legacy Plaza East Collaboration Café to sample menu items from our Micro Café, including our Bison Tamale Bowl, and learn more about the work happening through Carabelle’s Legacy.
It’s also a chance to spend time connecting with others in the community and get familiar with the café space. We’ll be there all afternoon and hope you’ll join us!

Taste & See

On Saturday, March 28, we’re gathering for Taste & See to share more about Carabelle’s Legacy and celebrate our beautiful Carabelle turning 10 in Heaven.

This free, come-and-go lunch & learn will include a short overview of Carabelle’s Legacy, information about the Micro Café and its location, and the opportunity to sample menu items rooted in Southwest, Indigenous, and soul fusion cuisine. Guests will also be able to try dishes like our Bison Tamale Bowl while getting familiar with the space at Legacy Plaza East.
We’ll be there throughout the afternoon, and we’d love for you to stop by.

🚨 TODAY WE WITNESSED REAL HEROISM 🚨

This is Patrick. He found us on Google and came to the Micro Café for the FIRST TIME today. On his very first visit, he became our HERO.

Because of the Red Flag Warning and extreme dry conditions outside, a cigarette nearly ignited a fire right here at our Micro Café. Patrick didn't hesitate. He grabbed a fire extinguisher and put out the flames before our fire crew could even arrive.

Patrick, you saved our building. You saved our team. You saved the space where we serve our community every single day. We are forever grateful. 🙏

THIS IS A REMINDER: The Red Flag Warning is STILL IN EFFECT until 8 PM today.
