🌮 FROM THE BARRIO’S TO DOWNTOWN TUCSON 🌮

Barrio Bites was born from a simple idea… and a late-night craving for great food.

Back in the day, Tucson had places where people gathered after the clubs and bars. One of the most legendary was The Grill, Downtown, a 24-hour spot where people met friends, shared stories, grabbed a cup of coffee, and sometimes watched the sunrise together.

It wasn’t just about food — it was about community.

That spirit is what inspired Barrio Bites Tucson.

We’re bringing the flavors many of us grew up with in the Tucson barrios — the kind of food that feels like home:

🌯 Burritos
🌮 Tacos
🔥 Chimichangas
🥔 Picadillo
🐖 Al Pastor
🌭 Beef Chorizo

A place where you can break burritos with old friends or make some new ones along the way.

While we won’t be open 24 hours like those legendary downtown spots, we’ll be here from 8 AM until midnight serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night comfort food.

Because at Barrio Bites, our love language is food and service.

We’re proud to be opening inside Gibson Food Hall in downtown Tucson in March 2026, and we can’t wait to welcome the community.

Tucson has always been a city built on culture, family, and great food.

Barrio Bites is our way of celebrating that.

My special red chili enchilada sauce stacked and layered corn tortillas, enchi sauce, sliced chicken, queso fresco, repeat three times then Top with more sauce, thinly sliced lettuce, queso fresco, sour cream, thinly sliced radish’s, diced green onion, diced green olives, and pimento chili mix maybe an egg and a few limes….
