What our Sundays look like as a cottage microbakery in Connecticut 🤎

Come along for a Sunday pickup + delivery day at Sourdoe Baking, our sourdough microbakery in Trumbull, CT.

We’re only 2 months into this little journey and finally finding a solid groove with systems that help us balance Sourdoe with our full-time jobs. Every week, we bake fresh sourdough loaves, bagels, cookies and donuts for Sunday preorder pickup + local delivery.

Since everything is baked fresh, any extras we have are available for purchase the day of if you want to pop by!

Preorders open Mondays and close Thursdays or when we sell out. We hope to bake for you soon!
