Trinity Farmers' Market is Saurday!

We are excited to get out in the beautiful weather from 9-2 and bring some of our favorites for you to try. This month we're bringing dark roast Peruvian Warmikuna plus medium roast Organic Honduran COPAN and Bali! We will also have the latest batch of our non-alcoholic espresso martinis!

As always, we can take pre-orders until 5pm Friday evening for anything else from our full selection of awesome coffees. Looking for decaf espresso martinis? Send us a message and we will bring them with us for you!

Estate grown from the rare Caturron varietal, this honey processed bean has exceptionally unique flavors and so much to explore. Grown with love on a family farm and small batch roasted and shipped right to your door.

Our Finca Villa Betulia boasts flavor notes of black cherry, mango, honey, mint, cardamom, ginger and lemongrass with a delightful medium body. This is definitely a special cup to treat yourself after a long week.

Tomorrow is market day at from 9-2! Today we’re drinking some of our Organic Costa Rican Hacienda la Amistad and absolutely loving it. This bean is a very fruit forward nose and berry taste without the bright acidity of an Ethiopian. We can’t wait to put some in your cup!

Saturday 2/7 from 9-2!

We've been enjoying plenty of hot coffee as the weather gets cold and we're ready to help re-stock your pantry. We're bringing three awesome beans that haven't been featured at our markets yet.

In medium roast we're bringing our new Organic Costa Rican Hacienda La Amistad and Indian Allanasons peaberry. In dark roast is our Tanzanian Usawa Kahawa. We also have another batch of our non-alcoholic espresso martini mix and both of our coffee seasoning rubs.

As always, if you'd like us to bring something else pre-orders are open until 5 pm Friday. We can't wait to see you then!

This weekend we're bringing some great beans with our Organic PNG and Nicaraguan Anaerobic in medium roast and our classic Colombian Huila as a dark roast.

Join us Saturday from 4-9pm for Light up Trinity!

We're excited to take part in Light up Trinity from 4-9pm on Saturday, December 6th. The event promises fun for all generations including a Christmas village, ice skating and more!

For our part, we will be bringing medium roast Organic Ethiopian, dark roast Peruvian and dark roast Mexican Decaf. Also on offer we have our festive stocking stuffers filled with assorted beans and just a few 12 days of Christmas sets left!

As always, if you need more of your favorite, we're taking pre-orders before 5pm Friday and encourage pre-orders if you've got your heart set on the 12 Days of Christmas!

Two new Organics in time for the holidays!

We just received a delivery of Ethiopian and Papua New Guinea Organic beans and listed even more coffee in time for the holidays! We're proud to continue to bring the most diverse selection of coffee on the Gulf coast straight to your cup.
