Our 2026 Menu for both August 1st and September 12th. (the September date is already sold out but there’s still space available for August 1st)
Upon Arrival:
White wine and herb Crab fondue with roasted corn served with toast points
First course: Schultz Farm Beef Cocktail Meatballs stuffed with cheese, drizzled with Saffron Beer Queso & served with a rich beef Broth
Second: Chopped Garden Salad topped with Feta & served with Grilled Pita
Intermezzo
Main Course: Fried Duck Served over a savory Sweet Potato Bread Pudding drizzled with a Spiced Maple Butter with Grilled Green Beans & Local Corn
For our Dessert Sampler:
Our Mini Flourless Dark Chocolate Torte served with local ice cream & a Mini Citrus Ricotta Cheesecake topped with Summer Fruit
