Ever wondered what a pour-over is? Now you know!

This is one of my favorite ways to make coffee. Pour-over brewing is capable of producing coffee that is much more characteristic than auto drip brewing. Why? The difference in coffee quality lies in the mechanics of the brewer.

Today was a big day! The coffee carts first official day of business. Thank you to everyone who came by to get some brew and have coffee talks! I’ll be slinging drinks again next Friday, Dec. 23rd, from 10am-6pm at Schaefer’s Farm Market. Also plenty of fresh beans to fill your loved ones stockings! Come see me!!
