🔥 WHAT A EVENT 🔥
Two events. One day. Countless hours of prep. Hot grills, tired feet, sore muscles, and very little sleep—but every second was worth it.

We pushed through the long days, packed up one event, rolled into the next, and thanks to all of YOU, we SOLD OUT at BOTH locations! 🙌🏾🔥

The love, support, and lines at the trailer reminded us exactly why we do this. Watching people come back for seconds, bring their friends, and share our food with their families means more than words can say.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up and showing out. This weekend wasn’t just a success—it was a celebration of community, culture, and flavor.

The crew is exhausted, but our hearts are full.🇭🇹🇹🇹

🚚 After this Friday Taste of the Carribean will be traveling and catering at events throughout June, with our regular market return coming in July.🇭🇹🇹🇹

What a weekend.

Friday definitely tested us. unexpected challenges, and plenty of moments that could have slowed us down. But we kept pushing, kept cooking, and kept believing.

Then Saturday happened.

The lines showed up, the energy was amazing, and the support was beyond anything we expected. By the end of the night, we SOLD OUT. 🔥🇹🇹🇭🇹
