Big news but there will be a new chapter ❤️
After 15 incredible months, Green Mountain Ramen will be closing our chapter at The Heart Rose Club.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Tara Cheney and Fred Cheney for giving us the opportunity to call Heart Rose Club, our home. Over the past 15 months, we've learned so much, not only about running a weekly pop-up, but about community, resilience, and who Green Mountain Ramen is at its core.
To our supporters, fans, friends, and everyone who shared a bowl of ramen with us: thank you. Your encouragement, feedback, laughter, and belief in our vision helped carry us through this journey.
We would also like to thank the people and organizations who helped make this experience so special:
🍜 Simon Dimond for bringing our community together every Thursday night through karaoke.
🎻 Howard and friends for filling our Fridays with the wonderful sounds of bluegrass music.
This is not goodbye.
In fact, we have a very exciting opportunity on the horizon for Green Mountain Ramen, and we can't wait to share more details with you soon.
Thank you for being part of our story so far. We are deeply grateful for every bowl served, every conversation shared, and every memory made.
