Our customer sent us this absolute masterpiece after we delivered their treats and I cannot stop looking at it. 😂

And WHY does the one in the basket look like he’s in charge?!

“Yes, hello. Snack Shuttle? Place the goods in the designated area and move along.” 😂

At this point, we’re one more delivery away from these cats opening a tab.

Okay y’all… I’m actually emotional. 😭

We are already at $203 toward keeping Snack Shuttle rolling. 🍦🚑

I genuinely don’t even know what to say. The amount of love and support we’ve received over the last few days has been absolutely overwhelming in the best possible way. 😭

A few days ago we were sitting broken down on the side of Highway 24 while people honked and flipped us off. Then ONE person stopped to help us — someone who was dealing with far more than we were.

That turned into us trying to find him.

Then WIBW picked up the story.

Then thousands of people saw it.

And now people are showing up to help us. 🥹

I don’t think I could have predicted ANY of this when we were sitting on the side of that highway. 😂😭

We still have a long way to go, but tonight Snack Shuttle is officially $203 closer to a reliable truck.

🍦❤️ A Topeka couple is looking for the homeless good Samaritan who stopped to help when their ice cream truck broke down on Highway 24. They want to find him to say thank you. ⬇

Well… Snack Shuttle made the news tonight. 😭🍦🚑📺

And somehow, this whole thing started with one stranger simply choosing to stop.

Saturday night, our truck broke down on Highway 24. While we were sitting there stressed, stranded, and trying to figure out what to do, plenty of people drove by. Some honked. Some flipped us off.

But one man stopped.

He helped us get the truck somewhere safe, refused anything in return, and during our conversation mentioned that he and his boyfriend are currently homeless and that his boyfriend is on a respirator.

In all the chaos, we never even got his name.

So we made a post hoping Topeka could help us find him — because more than anything, we wanted him to know that what he did mattered.

That post somehow made its way to WIBW. ❤️

They spent about an hour with us this morning talking about what happened, learning about Snack Shuttle, and — because apparently our truck has impeccable comedic timing — actually witnessing some of the problems we’ve been fighting just trying to keep this crazy old ambulance on the road. 😂

Tonight, they shared our story.

We have absolutely no idea what happens next.
