Hey everyone! Pre-orders are open for this weeks . Next week I’m taking off for Halloween 🎃 so let me know if you’d like to make sure you can stock up on something. For secret menu 🤫 this week I’m working on a recipe for molasses spice cookies. Last thing, we’ve only got a month or so left of the current market season and I’m working on some “end of the year feedback forms” kinda like the ones I had around my anniversary this year. I’ll also be making a quick little online form so if you’re not able to stop by you can still fill one out. After I get the results I was wondering how you all would feel about me doing a short Q&A video? I can go over the forms, share information on new recipes for next year, give a little bakery tour, and share some things I could use some help with before next year. Let me know!

I’m a little behind this week but for secret menu🤫, I have an idea for a cranberry and orange streusel I’m working on. Other exciting news, I’ve officially submitted my business plan to the city of Topeka for my garage bakery 🥳 and I should be hearing back….eventually. It sounds like as long as I can find a plumber and an electrician to look over my proposal is should all work out. Last thing, with everyone’s donations last week I’m officially 27% towards my fundraising goal! Thanks!

First I wanted to give a huge thankful shoutout to everyone who’s donated last few weeks! With your support I’m now 20% towards my expansion fundraiser! 🥳 For secret menu 🤫 this week I’m working on another round of donuts and I’m trying some more weird stuff. For flavors I’m thinking kiwi, grapefruit, pineapple, and orange again. I got positive reviews on the pineapple but the orange I’m updating a little bit. I also invested in some more equipment too. I’m a little behind this week with some more family stuff so if I need to cut a flavor or too I’ll let you know.
