I let my frozen sawsages thaw in the fridge the night before, then heat according to how hungry I am.. grill/skillet/airfry/microwave.. I also chop them up with roasted potatoes, peppers, onions, and mushrooms.. they are great in soup and put in food processor and make ground for spaghetti!
