Hello everybody, I'm getting the food truck all cleaned up and ready for service again... we are back outside TOMORROW! It was really nice to have a few days to reset, we're ready to get after it again.

Tomorrow we're on for lunch AND dinner. Lunch at Levis in the morning and Patron Saints Brewery in the evening. Patron Saints is usually our chill night of the week, if anyone wanted to come support the truck this is a great spot to get your Casero and enjoy it inside the brewery with some delicious beers! I will be staffing one extra to keep orders flowing.

We'll have a full crew at the very first Watershed Weekend both Friday and Saturday!

This Sunday we're excited for Wheelhouse Sundays again and we'll have an extra crew member to keep things moving nicely.

Good afternoon! Here is our week ahead-

Thursday we will be at Lunch at Levis in the morning and Patron Saints Brewery in the evening.

Friday & Saturday we have been invited to take part in the Watershed Weekend festivities celebrating the halfway-point of the Riverside metropark renovation. We will be at the Cove which was formerly known as International Park, right next to the docks.

Sunday we return to our summer series of Wheelhouse Sundays at Earnest brew works Oak Openings.

We are sitting on a lot of food due to the tragedy that cut our weekend short this last weekend. If you haven't had us in a while, would like to support the truck, or if you've been meaning to try us. Its a great time to come check us out. Thank you everybody! ♥️

Hi everybody, the crew and I made it back home safe yesterday. I appreciate everyone reaching out and checking in, we were doing our best to decompress. It was a very heartbreaking evening as a father, daughter, and another young girl came into our truck to take cover from g*nfire happening 50 feet away. 12 innocent people who were just trying to have a good time ended up leaving on a stretcher, I'm relieved to hear that they will make it through and I pray for them, their families, and for everyone around that was sent into a state of shock. I'm sorry for what we all had to go through yesterday.

Im proud of our team for being strong and crushing it through event end. I also appreciate everyone's support that took us from being the new kids on the block, to feeling like a staple.

All of us vendors, organizers, volunteers and security worked really hard to not only have a most excellent and safe weekend, but to show that this event is centered around fun and community outside of what made it on national news.

We're all just after that little light in our lives that keeps us going.
