We’re not saying a birthday needs a churro truck.

We’re just saying nobody has ever looked outside, seen a churro truck pull up, and been disappointed.

If you’ve got a birthday coming up around Denver, message us the date and location.

"Meet The Cowboy.

It’s what happens when a churro meets a s’more and nobody tells them to calm down.

Chocolate. Toasted marshmallow. Graham cracker. Hershey’s. Four churros underneath all of it.

Could you finish it yourself?"

"Office party planners, we see you.

If you’re the person who somehow ends up organizing every employee event, we can make dessert the easy part.

We bring the truck. We make the churros. Your team gets out of the office for a minute.

Tag the person at your company who always gets stuck planning everything."

"Serious question: cinnamon or cocoa?

We make our classic churros fresh in Thornton, and you can also get them with crushed sprinkles, graham cracker crumbs, or peach-mango and sugar.

If you’re at Denver Premium Outlets this weekend, come settle the debate in person."

October is event season around here, and the truck is already getting out and about.

If you’ve got a wedding, company event, birthday, school night, church event, or neighborhood get-together coming up, send us the date. We cater around Denver and the Front Range.

Fresh churros travel pretty well when the kitchen has wheels.

What are you planning this fall?

So great to be there! Thanks :)
