Many children in our community struggle with hunger on the weekends, and any time they do not have access to lunch at school. Our mission is to EMPOWER and NOURISH the future of our community so that they can thrive among their peers.

A huge thank you to the Rotary Club of Northglenn-Thornton for donating more than 605 pounds of food to Food for Hope!

This generous food pantry donation helps keep our shelves stocked throughout the summer, providing essential food assistance to children and families across our community. Community partnerships like this play a vital role in supporting hunger relief efforts and ensuring that no child goes hungry when school is out of session.

☀️ Summer Office Hours Update ☀️
As we head into summer, Food for Hope's office will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. throughout June.

📅 Please note that our office will be closed on July 4th.

During July, we will continue accepting food donations by appointment. If you'd like to drop off a donation, please call 720-593-0940 or email [email protected], and a team member will meet you at our office.

🚫 Please do not leave food donations at the door.

Our May newsletter, Hope in Bloom, is now live on our website! 🌸

As the school year comes to a close, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible community, volunteers, donors, and partners who made this year possible. Together, Food for Hope distributed more than 270,000 pounds of food to over 60 schools across Adams County.

Through our programs, we supported an average of more than 4,000 individuals and 1,700 students experiencing food insecurity each month.

This year, we also distributed:
🍎 Around 128,900 snacks through our School Fuel Snack Program
🎒 27,000 weekend food bags
📦 2,590 curated food boxes

Thank you for helping us bring hope, nourishment, and care to local families throughout the 2025–2026 school year! 💚

Join Food for Hope at fun community events while supporting local students and families experiencing food insecurity!

Volunteers help run information tables and assist at summer events across the community. This is a great opportunity for middle and high school students to earn volunteer hours while making a difference. Volunteers must be 12 years or older unless they are with a parent or guardian.
