We are a married couple, Whitni and Bryant Allen. We have been meal prepping together since 2015. We created Heat It Up as a convenience to others looking to become stronger and healthier while adding hours back to your busy schedule. We take care of the shopping, cooking & cleaning! ants to help you grow as a person and to be by your side every step of the way. That is why we are here. We are certified nutrition and fitness specialists. We are passionate about clean eating, and offer meal prepping services to the Texarkana & Longview communities. We both have years of personal training experience and can help you achieve your weight loss goals and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Our average meal consists of 4 oz of protein, 1/4-1/2 cup of carbs and 1/2 cup veggie. We can customize any meal to follow a specific goal or meal plan. There is no limit on how many you choose. Just try one out and let us know what you think!
