First, we would like to thank everyone who took the time out of their day to vote for us for Best of Berks hosted by Twenty Second Tailgate . We did not make it through but that does not put us down! For us we are humbled by the 206 people who said we have amazing wings! Also thank you to our family and friends who shared the post to show their support as well! We will still be hustling like we always do to support our community and our farmers here in Pennsylvania!

As some people know we are farm to table food truck. With that being said, as the seasons change, we change as well.

So everyone wants to know why we specialize in one sauce for our wings. Here are some examples as to why. One, we source all of our ingredients from farmers in Berks County, Lancaster County and Schuylkill County so the amount of produce they have available varies, two in order for us to get two mason jars full of garlic it takes time to peel garlic by hand. Also, three it takes dedication along with a labor of love. As our slogan states, made with love, quality and time in mind. Make sure to come try us out at our next event!

To say that we are humbled would be an understatement. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Lehighton Downtown Initiative - LDI for putting on this amazing event. It was their first year having a wing jam competition and the community showed up and showed out! We took the risk to travel outside of Berks County to showcase our chicken wings to a different community. We were only 17 votes away from taking 1st place. As a new food truck and small business this speaks volumes to us!

Thank you to the community of Lehighton for voting for us! We appreciate all of you!

Also shoutout to Wegman's Poultry, Brogue Hydroponics and Valley Milkhouse for your exceptional product and giving us the opportunity to utilize it!

We want to thank you all for making our late summer menu a smash hit from top to bottom. We understand sometimes it may be uncomfortable to indulge in something new and different from what you know, but that’s what we are here for. When we started this journey we told ourselves; let’s be different. Different from every other food truck, different cuisine, not just another copycat! We will be running this menu for a couple more weeks, and then we will be releasing our early fall menu. Which will be nothing more than extraordinary. Keep an eye out for it!
