Chef Joe discovered his passion for cooking as a teenager in Kansas City, helping out at a friend’s family-owned BBQ spot in exchange for a good meal. That early spark led to a 20+ year culinary career in some of Phoenix’s most celebrated kitchens, including Bistro Laurent Tourondel, T. Cook’s, and Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn.

With a foundation in French technique and a commitment to farm-to-table cooking, Joe brings precision and heart to every dish. We’re thrilled to have him elevating our weekly featured meals.
