Have a drink from us on a Sunday is wild!

We have always wanted to be open on Sundays, but we need a day off. Plus we tried during soft open and nobody came hah.

We would consider trying it again with the right employee and if you guys want a Dillo on Sundays.

Anyway, we are open today because of the and sometimes for other Sunday events.

Since 2020, we’ve sold thousands of bags of Tres Hombres.

Every week we roast it, bag it, seal it up, and send it home with folks all over town and beyond. And honestly, it still feels exciting every time we see it going down the line.

Thanks to everyone who keeps bringing it home and brewing it. We really appreciate the loyalty.
