A dream we will never forget… ⚓️🔥

From a small idea, a lot of hard work, and a family full of passion… to seeing La Santa María Kitchen featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on Food Network — this moment is beyond anything we could have imagined.

And to make it even more special… it happened on my birthday. Celebrating this milestone with my family, our team, and all of you who have supported us made it the best birthday of my life. ❤️

To everyone who has followed our journey, visited our truck, shared our posts, told your friends about us, and believed in our dream — THANK YOU. You are part of this story.

A huge thank you to Guy Fieri, the entire Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives team, and Food Network for believing in La Santa María Kitchen and giving us the opportunity to share our flavors with the world.
