My customer told me he wanted a Strawberry Cheesecake with Chocolate Covered Strawberries on top. Of course I said “Say Less.” It literally combines 2 of my favorite projects (chocolate dipped berries and cheesecake) in 1. But there was so many ways to tackle this cheesecake. Do i made a strawberry topped NY style cheesecake? Or make an actual strawberry infused cheesecake? Or maybe Strawberry Swirl?? Of course I went with MAXIMUM FLAVOR! A Strawberry Cheesecake topped with Strawberry Filling and Chocolste Covered Strawberries. Since they’ve ordered different desserts from me before, I knew white chocolate was their thing..so I made a white chocolate buttercream to secure the berries! I would’ve slapped someone’s mama for a piece!

Currently obsessed with these! Tequila and all. One thing about me, tequila ain’t no friend of mine! 😂 But I truly enjoyed making these as I do for most of my projects. I’m thinking about officially selling them for Valentine’s day next year! Stay tuned.
