Exactly 4 years ago was our first gig: a fundraiser for our friend. I can't believe that she now has the kid she always wanted, and I can't believe that we are a full-time business now (for a little over a year). So much has happened. We started out only doing festivals after working on our bratwurst recipe for about a year. Then, we began doing weekend gigs at 7th Sun for a while, followed by our permanent spot at Magnanimous Brewing . I know we have amazing food, but it was really the customers' responses that gave us the confidence we needed to take this final step. For that, THANK YOU! Also, a big THANK YOU to all our friends and family out there. You guys are awesome. So we raise our glasses to Leckerschmecker and another 4 delicious years. Cheers!
