Have you ever tried a tea made from coffee… that isn’t actually coffee? ☕️🌿

Meet cascara — the dried fruit, or “cherry,” that surrounds the coffee bean. Instead of tossing it aside after the beans are removed, the coffee cherries are dried and steeped like tea, creating a naturally sweet and refreshing drink with notes of dried fruit, honey, and a little bit of tartness.

It’s a completely different side of the coffee plant, and definitely worth trying if you haven’t yet. 🤎
