Hotdog Truck here. I know it’s been a while. Changes are being made. Today I’ve added Street Tacos to the menu. Today it is pork carnitas that are ready. Corn or flour tortillas to choose from. Carne Asada will be coming too. Fresh Pico De Gallo is also available. A couple of treats have been added. Rice Krispies Treats and Honey Buns. The hotdog menu will be cut back to only a couple options. Today is no hotdogs but come try a couple street tacos. The recipes are right out of Mexico City, Mexico. Authentic as can be and ready with pork carnitas now. Come try and let me know what you think. I may add ground beef tacos later if y’all think I should.

Found this poor dog in Talihina here,it was a bitch trying to get him in the truck the sumbitch bit me twice I just think he was hungry cause I had two hamburgers and fries and that bastard growled at my ass when I tried to take my bag back an jumped in the back seat of the truck and ate all of it while the whole time showing me his fang like teeth if you know who it belongs to tell them it's still in my truck cause the sumbitch won't let me back in my truck

Good morning Talihina. Fall weather is about to hit tomorrow. The whole week is expected to rain every day, and the temperatures are going to hit the freezing mark. I usually stay closed on the days that it’s expected to rain, but this time I will stay open. Good day, Talihina. Today we will have baked beans and house special chili sauce for sides (while supplies last). I have sausages (jalapeño and cheddar) that will be made to order so the wait will be a bit longer for those. Although we got to a very late start yesterday, it was an amazing day. The house special chili was most requested. I definitely need to make this in bulk. I look forward to today. Let’s get it started.
