Note: when brewing up in the mountains with us: water boils at a lower temperature. Near the lake, your full boil is closer to 202°F which is perfect for most blends - remember green is best before you get to that boil.

Use Tahoe tap. It’s clean, fresh, and it doesn’t need a filter to taste like something. All you need after that is your favorite blend and a few minutes to let something good happen.

Good tea doesn’t happen by accident. But it doesn’t require a chemistry degree either. 🧑‍🔬

Three steps. Leaf, water, patience. That’s it. We wrote the whole thing down so you and a friend can stop guessing and start actually tasting what the leaves can do.

The short version: measure your tea (1 tsp per 8 oz, a little more for the fluffy blends like Bliss and Balance). Heat your water to the right temp. Steep it long enough to matter, but not so long it turns bitter. More leaf, not more time, that’s the move for more flavor.
