FIRST NOBU IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST 🍣 Nobu () officially announced a new Bellevue location set to open in 2027 inside the Avenue Bellevue project, which will also include high-end Nobu branded residences.

Known for its upscale Japanese dining and celebrity clientele, Nobu already has locations in cities like Tokyo, Dubai, London, Miami, Malibu, and Las Vegas and now Bellevue is next.

The globally recognized restaurant brand was created by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa alongside Robert De Niro and is expected to become one of the biggest restaurant openings the Seattle area has seen in years.
